What you'd actually do

  1. Establish technical standards and deliver analytics solutions across multiple operational areas, with a focus on scalable and AI‑enabled capabilities.
  2. Define and maintain technical standards and industry best practices for the analytics team while delivering analytics and insights to support ClinOps, MTM, CRxM, and other operational areas.
  3. Serve as the technical architect and subject matter expert, setting the overall technology direction and supporting secure, scalable, and AI‑enabled solutions.
  4. Support data integration, automation, and reporting across multiple data sources, with a strong emphasis on automating manual processes and enabling data staging for Tableau dashboards.
  5. Collaborate closely with business and operations partners to understand requirements, define business logic and metrics, and deliver Tableau KPIs that support clinical, MTM, and CRxM operational insights and exception management.
