Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics and Global Trade Systems to lead the end-to-end process vision and global standardization for R&D Logistics and GTS within their SAP S4 Hana transformation program. This role involves translating business strategy into a value-driven capability roadmap, engaging stakeholders, ensuring alignment to global template and clean core principles, and partnering with Quality/Compliance for regulatory expectations and audit readiness. The role focuses on logistics, transportation, warehouse management, customer excellence, partner integrations, and global trade processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Strategic partnering with R&D leaders (global /site) to define the end-to-end product/process vision (scope: logistics, transportation management, warehouse management, customer excellence, partner integrations, global trade processes)
  2. Engage with the business to build alignment and readiness for adoption of the Transcend global template (Fit-to-Standard) and clean core principles.
  3. Advise R&D business leaders on Transcend functional strategy, roadmap trade-offs, and release impacts.
  4. Ensure mandatory requirements are captured, assessed, and incorporated into the capability roadmap.
  5. Partner with the Global Template Owner to ensure the global template meets business needs while maintaining clean core principles.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in R&D and/or supply chain domains
  • depth in logistics, warehouse management, transportation management, customer excellence, and/or global trade
  • Demonstrated success as a global Business Process Owner and/or transformation leader
  • driving standardization

Nice to have

  • advanced degree preferred in Business or Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
