This is an internship role for an MBA or Master of Human Resources (MHR) student at UPS. The intern will drive daily operations and shared goals of the HR Department, take ownership of high-impact assignments, and present capstone projects to HR leadership. The program aims to develop future HR professionals through skill development, networking, and exposure to various HR business departments. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, time-management, and leadership skills, with an emphasis on research using data and project management.

What you'd actually do
