Regional Medical Information Communication Manager responsible for managing a region, setting and implementing work objectives and development plans, building a high-performing team, and responding to customer needs. This role involves managing and supervising Medical Information Communication Specialists, providing coaching and support for their professional skill development. Key tasks include developing and executing regional business plans, recruiting and evaluating team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, enhancing team members' professional knowledge, monitoring market trends, coordinating projects, maintaining client relationships, and supporting company innovation initiatives. Requires a college degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences, proficiency in MS Office, good English, product knowledge, strong influencing, strategic thinking, communication, planning, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, learning ability, self-motivation, and stress management skills. Requires at least 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in a similar company with a compliant performance record and management potential. Experience in pharmaceutical business management is preferred. Strict adherence to company policies, industry guidelines, and laws like FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws is mandatory.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动团队实现公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员（包括各种雇佣形式和编制），定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。
  3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划，规范其工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
  4. 制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  5. 通过有计划的随访，在与专员讨论区域业务及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative in a similar company with a compliant performance record and management potential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good English
  • Professional knowledge in relevant product areas
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Internal candidates must meet current compliance investigation process requirements, including disciplinary level and time limits.
  • At least 2 years of Pfizer pharmaceutical representative experience; "Mengya" preferred.
  • Past two years' performance must meet or exceed team average.
