This role is a Regional Manager for Medical Information Communication in the lung cancer field within Pfizer's China operations. The primary responsibilities include managing regional business, developing and implementing business plans, recruiting and managing a team, ensuring compliance, coaching team members on professional skills and product knowledge, talent planning, market analysis, resource allocation, client relationship management, and supporting company initiatives. The role focuses on sales and team management within the healthcare domain, with no direct involvement in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动大区各个团队实现公司和上级下达的各项工作目标和任务。
  2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员，定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。
  3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划，规范员工的工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
  4. 制订并执行团队成员专业知识和技能的发展计划，通过随访对团队成员定期进行教导，以加强其专业能力、产品知识、产品策略、医学信息沟通技巧和总体工作效率，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
  5. 根据大区业务发展的方向进行人力资源分配和人才规划，促进区域健康良性发展，建立人才梯队，保留高绩效人才。
