Mid-level Product Support Engineering (customer Support)

This role is for a Mid-Level Product Support Engineer at Boeing, focusing on customer support for the USAF E-4B aircraft fleet. What you'd actually do

  1. Review engineering drawings to determine part effectivity and applicability, engage with Boeing Commercial Service Engineering to document part usage on the fleet.
  2. Be a part of a multi-disciplined and cross geographical team to ensure customer contractual requirements are met.
  3. Prepares routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers.
  4. Evaluates engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposes program changes and manages implementation of changes
  5. Maintain awareness of operational activities and aircraft on the ground maintenance events.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 3+ years of experience in reading and interpreting technical publications and/or maintenance manuals
  • 3+ years experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints
  • 3+ years experience in military commercial derivative aircraft programs

  • Masters Degree in Engineering
  • Experience on 747 aircraft
