Mid-level Protective Services Intelligence Analyst

This role involves analyzing geopolitical and security developments to provide actionable intelligence products for protective services, focusing on potential impacts to Boeing personnel, assets, and operations. The analyst will conduct research, write assessments, brief leadership, and collaborate with various internal teams, adhering to established standards and methodologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Author strategic intelligence deliverables and assessments designed to frame geopolitical and security developments in the context of potential impact to Boeing, our Executive Council (ExCo) and Board of Directors (BoD) personnel, assets, and continuity of company operations
  2. Support developments of interest that may relate to criminal activity, geopolitical instability, issue-based activism, political violence, or terrorism
  3. Support the maintenance of priority intelligence requirements, intended to more effectively tailor open-source monitoring to developments of specific interest to Boeing ExCo and BoD members
  4. Adhere to an established writing standard, style guide, and standard operating procedures; conduct detailed reviews of intelligence deliverables authored by other analysts, to ensure adherence to these expectations
  5. Brief Protective Services and GSOC leadership on global trends and events that particularly affect continuity of company operations or impacts to ExCo and BoD level leaders

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience and/or education in at least one of the following: corporate security; geopolitical instability; intelligence analysis; issue-based activism; political violence; protective intelligence; terrorism; and/or travel safety
  • 3+ years of experience with the intelligence cycle, as well as analytic tradecraft and methodology
  • 3+ years of experience with the production and delivery of written and verbal briefings

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • Experience with a corporate security environment, the United States (U.S.) intelligence community, law enforcement, or the military
  • Experience with global risk intelligence, crisis management, and social media analysis, as well as with geospatial tools and data visualization software
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in data science and analysis
  • Experience with public-private partnerships sponsored by the U.S. government, to include the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC)
  • Experience with cyber-related issues and intelligence
  • Experience with automation and artificial intelligence tools
  • Experience in a foreign language
