The ideal candidate has 6+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, preferably with AI/ML or product-led SaaS companies, and a proven track record of exceeding quota.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing new business
  2. Translate Base44’s product vision into real-world conversations that resonate with technical and business stakeholders
  3. Build early revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects
  4. Shape the foundational sales motion to support future scale, including messaging, outreach strategies, and customer segmentation
  5. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership to align go-to-market efforts

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in a technology company
  • Experience with AI, ML, data platforms, or product-led SaaS company
  • Experience with bottom-up sales motions, leveraging Individual Contributors (ICs) to expand adoption within an organization
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and closing complex deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
