Mid Market Account Executive

Contentful is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales growth for their digital experience platform, which incorporates AI capabilities. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals with mid-market companies in the APAC region. Success requires a strong B2B SaaS sales background, experience with technical platform solutions, and a hunter mentality.

What you'd actually do

  1. Position, negotiate, and close new logo ($50-$500K ACV) in the APAC territory
  2. Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing an account strategy and pipeline, managing internal and client processes, maintaining sales reports, developing market and competitor knowledge, delivering presentations to customers, and creating sales proposals
  3. Prospect and develop new business opportunities with prospective customers.
  4. Manage RFI/RFQ requests with Contentful’s internal and customer teams
  5. Seek to understand the digital experience challenges of prospects while aligning the ROI of Contentful with those challenges to ensure a value-based selling approach
