Gong is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive for Financial Services to acquire new customers. The role involves managing prospects, articulating the Gong value proposition, and partnering with internal teams to develop sales strategies. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage prospects from lead to close
  2. Land new business within greenfield territory
  3. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Gong value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  4. Regularly iterate messaging that will scale our outbound prospecting engine
  5. Engage and educate senior executives on the importance of the emerging Revenue Intelligence industry and validate Gong as the leader in this new market

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of relevant SaaS Sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+
  • successfully navigating and closing six-figure deals
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work hybrid with three days in the office and two days from home
  • selling transformation/visionary solutions
  • Comfortable leading technical presentation/demo
  • owning full customer lifecycle from prospect to close
