This role is for a Mid-Market Account Executive in Japan, responsible for partnering with high-growth businesses to help them scale and modernize their financial infrastructure using Stripe's product suite. The role involves acquiring new users, expanding existing relationships, guiding companies through the sales lifecycle, and serving as a strategic advisor.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify high-potential fast-growing eCommerce platform for a full-stack Stripe implementation, from payments to Connect
  2. Lead a product and pricing workshop with an existing user to introduce Radar and optimize their fraud stack
  3. Develop and execute an outbound play to target a new vertical in their region or territory.
  4. Create and deliver compelling product walkthroughs to showcase how Stripe’s expanding product suite (like Issuing or Treasury) maps to customer goals
  5. Drive commercial discussions and close complex, high-impact deals—both net-new and upsell
