Mid Market Account Executive (sf Bay Area)

This role is for a Mid-Market Account Executive at Rubrik, a company focused on data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition in the San Francisco Bay Area, managing full-cycle sales processes, and working with sales engineers and channel partners to exceed sales quotas. The role involves defining and executing sales plans, developing and managing a sales pipeline, identifying and closing new opportunities, co-selling with partners, presenting Rubrik's value proposition, and managing inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  2. Develop and manage a high volume sales pipeline and move transactions through the sales process
  3. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with mid-enterprise accounts
  4. Co-sell and strategize with channel and alliance partners to crate scale and velocity in Mid Market
  5. Present Rubrik value to security and IT personas in partnership with the sales engineering team

Skills

Required

  • 2-5 years Tech sales experience
