Mid-market Account Executive, Uber for Business Egypt

This is a Mid-Market Account Executive role for Uber for Business in Egypt. The role focuses on growing Uber's business by acquiring new customers, managing the sales pipeline, building strategic relationships with clients, and onboarding them to the platform. It involves prospecting, closing deals, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and acting as a feedback loop for product teams. The role requires B2B sales experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively prospect and close new partnerships within mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the market in Egypt, and managing your full pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
  2. Build and grow strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to unlock upsell and new product opportunities as features go live.
  3. Lead client implementation to ensure high product adoption and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  4. Maintain high-velocity sales activity and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
  5. Navigate objections, remove barriers to entry, and act as a feedback loop for product teams to test and launch new features.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-volume or transactional environment, with a strong record of overachieving against quota.
  • Proven track record of success within short, fast-paced sales cycles.
  • Professional fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to sell and negotiate with senior stakeholders in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to prioritize high-impact activities in a rapidly changing environment.
