Mid-market Growth Account Executive, Uber Health

This role focuses on growing Uber Health's business within existing mid-market customers by increasing adoption, expanding use cases, and driving revenue. The Account Executive will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and accelerate growth. Experience in B2B sales, account management, and CRM tools is required, with a preference for experience in healthcare or similar industries.

What you'd actually do

  1. Efficiently use Salesforce to manage account plans, pipeline, customer activity, forecasting, and expansion opportunities across an existing Mid-Market book of business
  2. Own growth strategy for a portfolio of Mid-Market Uber Health customers, with a focus on increasing usage, expanding into new locations or departments, and driving revenue growth
  3. Build and execute account plans for priority customers, including whitespace identification, stakeholder mapping, use-case expansion, customer health, and next-best actions
  4. Prioritize a broad book of business using revenue potential, usage trends, customer segment, adoption patterns, and expansion opportunity
  5. Partner with New Business AEs to support clean transitions of newly acquired accounts into the Growth motion, including customer context, next steps, ownership clarity, and CRM documentation
