What you'd actually do

  1. Directly recruit, manage, and mentor a sales team responsible for growing Mid Market clients on the U4B platform, focusing on upsell and cross-sell motions
  2. Responsible for establishing a customer obsessed organization and developing and operationalizing strategy to achieve critical metrics
  3. Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings with Mid Market clients, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges, and align our solutions to accomplish partner goals
  4. Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, own & achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor Growth Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  5. Establish an effective partnership with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
