Mid-market New Business Account Executive, Uber for Business - Brazil

This is a sales role focused on acquiring new mid-market business clients for Uber for Business in Brazil. The role involves prospecting, developing territory and account plans, managing the end-to-end sales process, building relationships, and forecasting opportunities to meet sales quotas. What you'd actually do

  1. Creatively prospect into Mid-Market accounts with 500 - 5,000 employees
  2. Develop Uber for Business territory plans to grow pipeline and account plans to break into whitespace accounts
  3. Lead and coordinate end to end sales motion for customers including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals.
  4. Build strategic relationships to gain positioning with decision makers while driving growth of new business
  5. Continuously assessing customers' evolving needs and aligning U4B's value proposition
  6. Provide opportunity status by regularly updating SFDC, doing weekly forecasts and participating in quarterly business reviews

Skills

Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-centric role that includes new business acquisition at the Mid-Market or SMB level in the Brazilian market.
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
  • Experience selling into the Brazilian market, with relationships in the MM segment
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with a solution oriented approach to working with prospects and customers
  • Knowledge of how to build and execute on territory and account plans
  • Proven track record in sales, hitting quarterly and annual quotas, presidents club etc.
  • Experienced in selling travel or expense solutions
  • English proficiency
