Canva is seeking a Mid Market Sales Manager to lead their Enterprise growth in North America. This role involves managing and scaling a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth, and building best-in-class SaaS sales practices. The manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience and define AI-powered selling.

What you'd actually do

  1. Revenue growth: Rapidly grow Canva Enterprise in the North America region by leading a team of Mid Market Account Executives to help achieve the company’s overall Enterprise revenue targets
  2. Customer enthusiasm: Extend Canva’s tradition of high customer satisfaction and continue to prioritize user feedback and excitement as the Enterprise business accelerates
  3. Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: Create, educate and refine the team’s practices, sales playbooks, and KPIs required to operate as a top SaaS business — including pipeline development, conversion rates, forecasting, hiring, performance management, enablement, training, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration
  4. Hire, motivate, develop and retain top talent: Build a team of A-players and continually raise the talent bar across the organization
  5. Build great partnerships: Work closely with Sales Development, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional experience for Enterprise customers
