This role is for a Mid Market Sales Manager at Harvey, an AI company focused on transforming legal and professional services. The manager will lead a team of Account Executives to drive sales of AI solutions to mid-sized and boutique law firms and in-house legal teams. Responsibilities include achieving ARR targets, managing a book of business, recruiting, coaching, and refining sales playbooks and processes. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of consultative, solution-based, Mid Market software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets through both net new logo and expansion deals.
  2. Own managing and reporting on your book of business, including accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance.
  3. Proactively assist with recruiting and hiring new team members.
  4. Coach and develop Mid Market account executives to promote career growth
  5. Refine our sales playbook to enable all sellers to better deliver consultative sales engagements at high velocity
