  2. Connecting: Understand what challenges mid-market businesses face and show them how island.io makes those problems disappear.
  3. Closing: You know how to pitch, negotiate, and seal the deal. No fluff — just real conversations that lead to contracts signed.
  4. Building Relationships: Once you’ve got their attention, keep it by being a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson.
  5. Teaming Up: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success so the handoff is smooth and clients feel taken care of from start to finish.
