Lead a team of Account Managers responsible for growing, retaining, and developing Mid Market restaurant partners for Uber Eats. This role involves commercial leadership, people management, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive partner growth and adoption of Uber Eats products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Account Managers focused on Mid Market restaurant partners. Support the team across onboarding, development, performance management, and career growth.
  2. Own the commercial performance of the Mid Market AM team, driving partner growth, retention, revenue uplift, and adoption of Uber Eats products and solutions.
  3. Ensure the team builds strong account plans, identifies growth opportunities, and acts as a trusted advisor to key restaurant partners.
  4. Set clear targets, establish strong operating rhythms, and use data-driven insights to improve sales performance, partner engagement, and retention.
  5. Support the team in strategic partner conversations, including business reviews, growth planning, upselling, and issue resolution.

Skills

Required

  • 5–10 years of professional experience, including proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or Commercial Leadership.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing target-driven commercial teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using data to diagnose performance, prioritize opportunities, and guide team execution.
  • Strong ability to identify growth opportunities, drive revenue, manage performance, and translate insights into action.
  • Strong understanding of strategic account planning, partner development, upselling, retention, and stakeholder management.
  • A solid understanding of the Mid Market segment, including partner needs, commercial potential, scalability, and operational complexity.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Fluency in German and English
