The role involves end-to-end project execution, collaboration, and staying updated on design trends. While the company is AI-focused, this specific role is in digital design and content creation, not directly building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end project execution, from concepting to delivery.
  2. Strong communication skills (verbal and visual) to effectively convey ideas to cross-functional internal teams.
  3. Develop visually striking projects, respecting and maintaining a cohesive brand identity from multiple companies.
  4. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas and accepting changes as part of the process.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, infusing innovation into your design approach.

Skills

Required

  • Proven 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
  • Creative mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Nice to have

  • Passion for motion graphics, branding, and typography.
  • Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in presentation design is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Support a quiet ego mentality and being at ease with team members updating your work.
