Lead for migration data, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and control. Will leverage AI for insights, automation, and developing AI/chatbot features in dashboards for natural language querying. The role involves data warehousing, automation, and developing insights from cross-migration data, resource utilization, project attributes, and case volumes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in the strategic development of migration portfolio reporting foundation, manage data requirements, establish data model and automation.
  2. Utilize your expertise in data management and strategic thinking to deliver information needed to drive accurate migration execution.
  3. Support the data extraction, analysis, and delivery of information for multiple migration projects. Establish clear expectations with data consumers in terms of requirements, scope, effort, and timeline. Identify and raise risks and anomalies uncovered in data sets. effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.
  4. Utilize data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover clients being impacted by multiple migrations, bring collective owners together to minimize parallel impact and outreach to clients, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.
  5. Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress of strategic initiatives and stories that develop from data.
