Mission and Program Strategy Analyst (ts/sci With Poly)

This role is for a Mission and Program Strategy Analyst with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, focusing on providing mission expertise, assessing requirements, developing strategy artifacts, and establishing programmatic functions within the government and public services sector. It involves collaboration with mission teams and client stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on program management and strategic planning in a national security context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide deep mission expertise and knowledge of the broader global mission and commercial ecosystems by leveraging client specific tools and databases.
  2. Proactively assess mission requirements and operating environment challenges to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies while providing meticulous documentation.
  3. Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.
  4. Develop and establish programmatic functions across client environment.
  5. Collaborate closely with mission teams and client stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience providing program management support or leadership
  • 4+ years of experience in government consulting or national security mission space
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week
  • Ability to travel 0-25%
