What you'd actually do

  1. You will lead the team in shaping and articulating a compelling product vision, applying expert visualization skills, thought leadership, and close partnership with product and technology leaders.
  2. You will immerse yourself in the full end-to-end experience design process, from storyboards and journey maps to high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments.
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) living on U.S. soil who does not hold dual citizenship with the ability to meet customer and government screening standards applicable to this role.
  • Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools (like Cursor, Replit, or LLMs) to explore, prototype, or automate design workflows.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Background in defense/aerospace industries or operational military/logistics experience.
  • Familiarity with IL5/IL6/CNSS #1253 requirements or deployment to classified environments.
