Moveworks is seeking an MLE Manager for GAI Search Relevance to lead a team focused on improving AI-powered enterprise search applications. The role involves measuring and enhancing ranking, relevance, RAG-based objectives (summarization, groundedness, citation), and end-to-end ML model development, including data synthesis, feature engineering, and evaluation. The team is accountable for search quality and ranking across enterprise search products, scaling to new customers and data types.
