Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing brand integrity, overseeing the marketing mix, monitoring budgets, conducting market analysis, developing new concepts and products, managing portfolios, building KOL networks, and leading staff. This role focuses on product strategy and execution within the healthcare sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations.
  2. Responsibilities include development of short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans, and contributes to longer-term tactical plans.
  3. Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners.
  4. Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication.
  5. Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness.
