T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for their Store-in-Store retail locations. This role focuses on customer engagement, sales, and providing exceptional customer experiences by showcasing T-Mobile products and services. Responsibilities include proactive customer interaction, solution-based selling, completing training, and partnering with other store locations. The ideal candidate has customer service and/or sales experience, is passionate about customer advocacy, and has a competitive drive.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
  2. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  3. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  4. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  5. Customer obsessed. You are passionate, friendly, and engaging with customers.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
