Mobile Associate, Store-in-store - Retail Sales

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for their Store-in-Store retail sales team. This role involves engaging with customers, educating them on T-Mobile products and services, and driving sales within partner retail locations. The associate will use digital tools, demonstrate solutions, and focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include customer engagement, solution-based selling, completing training, and performing store operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
  2. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  3. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  4. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
  5. You will continuously learn and improve your skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
