What you'd actually do

  1. Engage proactively with diverse customers in a high-traffic retail environment to drive sales and promote wireless solutions
  2. Utilize digital self-service tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate product value and onboard customers effectively
  3. Complete ongoing training and maintain readiness by updating knowledge of products, processes, and systems
  4. Build rapport and trust with customers through personalized interactions and follow-up activities to enhance loyalty
  5. Collaborate with nearby store leadership and teams to support customer account setup, device support, and servicing

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
  • Team Building Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
  • Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Nice to have

  • 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
