This role is a customer-facing sales and service position in a retail environment, focused on selling T-Mobile products and services and providing a high level of customer experience. It involves understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and meeting performance targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
  2. Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
  3. Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
  4. Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
  5. Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
