Seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in mobile device management (MDM) and remote device solutions to engineer, manage, and maintain a fleet of thousands of iOS and Android devices. Responsibilities include improving, automating, and standardizing device management, developing PowerShell scripts, optimizing MDM systems, and collaborating globally to resolve issues, deploy updates, and enhance systems. The role also involves developing new solutions, architecting integrations, and documenting problem resolution.

What you'd actually do

  1. engineering, managing and maintaining a growing fleet of thousands of iOS and Android devices and ensuring seamless connectivity to essential apps and services that support our business needs.
  2. improving, automating and standardising our fleet of corporately owned and BYOD-managed devices and its supporting infrastructure.
  3. developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts, optimising MDM systems and collaborating globally to resolve issues, deploy updates and enhance systems in this growing and fast-moving domain.
  4. develop new solutions for business problems and architect integrations to meet the requirements of a variety of stakeholders.
  5. clearly document problem resolution resulting from root cause analysis.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of proven engineering experience with MDM/UEM environments managing iOS and Android devices
  • Strong skills in PowerShell automation and scripting
  • Experienced with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf Pro or Workspace One
  • Proficient in managing Apple device lifecycles using Apple Business Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate various systems to fulfil business needs
  • Excellent troubleshooter and communicator with a strong customer service mentality
  • Flexible and reliable team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English
