What you'd actually do

  1. Lead motion design across paid media, lifecycle, social, and campaign work
  2. Translate static creative into high-performing motion assets optimized for conversion and engagement
  3. Build scalable motion systems, templates, and toolkits to enable rapid iteration and production
  4. Partner with designers, copywriters, and marketers to develop concepts from idea through execution
  5. Apply performance insights and testing learnings to continuously refine motion output
