This role focuses on optimizing supply chain performance, resilience, and agility through leading cross-functional initiatives, driving transformation, and enabling data-driven decision-making. It involves developing and executing supply chain strategies, identifying opportunities for cost, service, and working capital improvement, and building analytical models to quantify trade-offs and risks. The analyst will leverage complex data sets, apply strong SQL and advanced analytics skills, and collaborate with various teams to enhance data quality and analytical capabilities. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, influencing stakeholders, and managing projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance materials & supply chain performance, resilience, and agility.
  2. Drive transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization.
  3. Support the development and execution of multi-year supply chain strategies aligned to enterprise objectives.
  4. Identify high-impact opportunities across network design, replenishment, transportation, and fulfillment to improve cost, service, and working capital.
  5. Build advanced analytical models to quantify opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, E2Open)
  • Strong understanding of MP&L Processes including parts follow up processes.
  • MP&L Plant Operations Experience
