What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems.
  2. Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  3. Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
  4. Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 5+ years work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.

Nice to have

  • B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
  • Experience with 3D model-based instruction
  • Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi- Monitor Collaborative Rooms
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
  • Experience reviewing and approving other engineers’ work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.)
