Mr Clinical Excellence Leader - Academic - Greater San Francisco Area

This role focuses on ensuring customer success for GE Healthcare's academic clients in the MRI domain. The individual will build clinical relationships, optimize system features and imaging techniques, consult on image quality, and assist with new product adoption. It involves understanding customer pain points and providing feedback to internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop strong clinical relationships with top academic medical centers in the market and contribute to building GE’s credibility through excellent customer interaction
  2. Continuous interaction with key clinical, research and administrative decision makers to understand primary objectives and pain points.
  3. Champion assimilation and use of advanced system features and imaging techniques; optimize adoption and satisfaction
  4. Consult with radiologists by disease site on an ongoing basis to optimize image quality
  5. Optimize protocols to achieve best possible image quality on scanners

Skills

Required

  • Associate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of MRI technical/clinical industry experience
  • ARRT certification
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time by car within the region assigned
  • Demonstrated clinical skills, viewed as subject matter expert, to include advanced applications in respective modality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders in modality/commercial/service teams
  • Experience in speaking, presenting materials relevant to a diverse audience
  • Ability to craft well written training reports and communications to a diverse constituency
  • working knowledge of Excel & Power Point
