This role is for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Alliance Manager at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The primary focus is on designing, building, and implementing a successful MSP Partner strategy, including developing relationships, creating joint business plans, and driving sales and revenue within the MSP ecosystem. While the company uses an AI-native platform, this role is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners in regard to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support training as required
  2. Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including executive interlocks, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development
  3. Support joint sales pursuit activities, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute together to drive revenue within SMB & Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  4. Presents and promotes CrowdStrike’s value proposition and capabilities that enables the partner to build a profitable CrowdStrike business
  5. Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading MSP/MDR Partners of at least 2 to 5 years of exceeding revenue targets.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of the MSP & MDR partner operating models and Japan partner landscape
  • Superior relationship building skills across internal and partner stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building strategic alliances from the ground up and exceeding performance objectives
  • Experience and success operating within the Enterprise software market, ideally within Saas or Cyber Security
  • High business acumen with a sales, marketing, and solution development mindset
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in Japanese and business level English
