This role is for a Network Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure, including Aruba Clearpass, Mobility, and Controllers, as well as Cisco routers and switches. The engineer will handle customer tickets, update documentation, perform configuration and support for WLAN/LAN/WAN, and analyze network traffic. The role also involves rack-mounting equipment and coordinating with vendors. Experience with network security protocols, authentication protocols, and DNS/DDI architecture is required.
