Salesforce is seeking a MuleSoft Account Executive for Federal Civilian agencies, focusing on driving new business and customer relationships. The role involves account planning, strategy development, and coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs within the Federal Civilian sector, specifically FAA.

What you'd actually do

  1. Persistent focus on pipe generation strategies and execution to seed, land and expand new and existing accounts
  2. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  3. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  4. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  5. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
