Salesforce is hiring an Account Executive for their MuleSoft Federal Civilian team. The role involves driving new business and engaging with existing customers to sell MuleSoft, building relationships with key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers, and developing opportunities through leads and prospecting. The Account Executive will be responsible for pipe generation, customer satisfaction, account strategy, coordinating internal resources, and driving growth within assigned accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Persistent focus on pipe generation strategies and execution to seed, land and expand new and existing accounts
  2. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  3. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
  4. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
  5. Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
