Sales Specialist role focused on promoting Oracle's multi-cloud database services (Oracle Database@Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) to enterprise customers in India. The role involves demand generation, pipeline building, customer engagement on cloud and data platform modernization, and collaboration with internal sales and technical teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and develop qualified pipeline for Oracle’s multi-cloud database services across the India region.
  2. Identify new opportunities with customers running Oracle Database workloads, adopting hyperscaler platforms, or modernizing data platforms.
  3. Lead customer discovery to understand business priorities, technical challenges, cloud strategy, workload requirements, and commercial drivers.
  4. Drive collaborative sales motions with Data Platform sales colleagues to shape and progress multi-cloud database opportunities.
  5. Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, cloud leaders, data platform owners, architects, finance leaders, and procurement teams.
