This role is for a Multi-Cloud Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and a strong understanding of Multi-Agent AI design patterns and orchestration frameworks. The architect will design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions integrating OCI with AWS, Azure, and GCP, specifically for enterprise banking environments. Key responsibilities include architecting Multi-Agent AI systems, RAG/GraphRAG solutions, and secure AI environments, while also leading database modernization initiatives and providing technical escalation for complex customer engagements. The role requires extensive experience in cloud IaaS/PaaS and a strong focus on AI services and multi-agent architectures.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions integrating OCI with AWS, Azure, and GCP for enterprise banking environments.
  2. Design enterprise-grade Multi-Agent AI architectures including supervisor-worker models, agent governance, communication protocols, state management, deterministic guardrails, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
  3. Lead implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG solutions using Oracle AI Vector Search, Select AI, Autonomous Database, and OCI Generative AI services.
  4. Design secure AI environments utilizing OCI Generative AI, Dedicated AI Clusters, Llama, Cohere, and zero-trust security principles to meet financial industry compliance requirements.
  5. Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex customer engagements, providing architectural governance, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and best practices for AI compute and token consumption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing production Cloud IaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including OCI FastConnect, VPN, identity federation, and cloud security
  • Hands-on expertise with OCI Generative AI Service, Dedicated AI Clusters, Oracle AI Vector Search, Select AI, Autonomous Database, AutoML
  • Strong understanding of Multi-Agent AI design patterns including: Hierarchical orchestration, Supervisor-worker architecture, Autonomous reflection, State machines, Consensus protocols
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex
  • Advanced database expertise including: Oracle RAC, Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS), Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC), Autonomous Database (ADB/ADW), PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake
  • Strong DevOps and automation skills using: Terraform (OCI Provider), Ansible, Kubernetes (OKE), Python, Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to present complex technical architectures to executive stakeholders
  • Strong documentation and customer-facing consulting skills
  • Minimum two certifications from OCI Architect Professional, OCI Generative AI Professional, OCI Multicloud Architect, OCI Migration Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
