This role is for a Multimedia Producer on the brand and content marketing team. The individual will be responsible for shaping the company's story across video, audio, and motion, using strategy, creativity, and execution. They will build AI-enabled workflows to streamline production and create content that simplifies complex product concepts. The role also involves leading brand shoots, motion graphics, and event coverage, and optimizing presence on platforms like YouTube and Spotify. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted creative tools is required, along with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling range and technical mastery.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead multimedia production across video, motion, podcast, and live events—from concept to final cut
  2. Translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling that simplifies ideas, humanizes technology, and inspires action
  3. Build AI-enabled workflows where they make sense to streamline ideation, production, and consistency without compromising craft.
  4. Design and evangelize scalable systems that improve collaboration and process adoption on multimedia projects
  5. Raise the bar for Iterable’s visual storytelling across motion graphics, product animations, GIFs, and brand video

Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or creative direction within a brand, agency, or SaaS environment
  • Expertise with industry platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing and brand storytelling, with the ability to translate strategy into visual narratives
  • Experience managing both individual and cross‑functional projects, balancing creative direction with operational execution
  • The ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Communications teams to scale brand consistency and content impact
  • Curiosity for applying AI, automation, and new production models to creative work
  • A portfolio or reel that demonstrates storytelling range, technical mastery, and creative precision

Nice to have

  • Experience writing short-form and long-form assets
  • Experience in the email marketing and/or marketing automation industries
  • Basic industry knowledge of SaaS, APIs, and data analytics
