What you'd actually do

  1. Be a trusted advisor to utility leaders on customer engagement, demand-side management, energy efficiency, demand response, electrification, and customer experience strategies.
  2. Develop meaningful relationships with Director, Manager, and executive-level electric and gas utility leaders across a portfolio of named accounts.
  3. Collaborate with account teams, delivery teams, and Opower leadership to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  4. Become deeply embedded in client organizations by understanding their regulatory environment, customer priorities, operational challenges, and long-term objectives.
  5. Expand recurring revenue within existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and achieve annual software and services sales goals.
