What you'd actually do

  1. Owning a portfolio of Poland's top banking and insurance institutions — not managing it, _owning_ it
  2. Building and executing account strategies that go way beyond pipeline hygiene — think multi-year transformation roadmaps
  3. Leading high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital, Risk, and Distribution
  4. Positioning Salesforce's full platform — Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and AI — as the answer to real business problems: growth, cost efficiency, regulatory pressure, and customer experience
  5. Orchestrating world-class internal teams (Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, Partners) to win big

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales
  • track record of 7-figure+ deals
  • selling into banking and/or insurance in Poland
  • Confidence operating at C-level
  • Deep understanding of what keeps financial institutions up at night: legacy transformation, regulation, digital channels, cost pressure
  • High ownership mindset
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with platform sales (CRM, data, cloud, AI)
  • An existing network within Polish financial institutions
  • The ability to spot an opportunity inside an RFP — not just respond to one
