What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a defined enterprise customer patch, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across line-of-business leaders and the C-suite.
  2. Serve as a trusted digital advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges, operating models, and strategic objectives.
  3. Lead customers through enterprise-scale transformation, positioning Salesforce as a strategic platform rather than a point solution.
  4. Storytell Salesforce’s value with clarity and impact — translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
  5. Multi-thread complex deals across senior stakeholders beyond the CTO, including commercial, operational, and executive sponsors.
