Named Account Executive - Central Government

Salesforce is seeking a Named Account Executive for Central Government in London, UK. This role focuses on driving growth within the DWP account by developing strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customer success. The position requires extensive public sector transformation experience, strategic account management skills, and a strong understanding of the UK Government market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a strategy and plan to expand the scope of products or services within DWP and it’s agencies
  2. Leadership of the strategic pursuit motion and building a strategic relationship with DWP
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within DWP.
  4. Regularly review account performance and develop strategies to mitigate risk and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensure DWP are highly satisfied and that retention rates are high by providing continuous value.
