Named Account Executive - Dept of Health & Social Care

Sales role focused on selling Salesforce's AI CRM and agent solutions to the UK's National Health Service (NHS) and Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC). Requires deep understanding of NHS structures, complex sales cycles, and value-based selling to drive long-term growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and the teams supporting their mission.
  2. Develop comprehensive account plans that map out the complex hierarchy of NHS decision-making.
  3. Quantify the operational and financial benefits of our solutions in the context of measurable outcomes for our customer.
  4. Lead complex tender responses, often with our Salesforce certified partners, help develop relationships with the commercial teams within our customer.
  5. Work closely with customer teams as well as lead the cross functional ‘virtual’ Salesforce team that support specialist pursuits into the customer.

  • Experience selling into the NHS

  • Deep understanding of the current NHS structure
  • Ability to build complex business cases and ROI models
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Experience with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Extensive direct sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage a broad partner and advisory firm ecosystem
