Named Account Executive, Federal Civilian: Department of Commerce

Sales role focused on selling Salesforce's AI CRM platform and AI agents to US Federal Civilian government accounts. The role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals for the entire 360 platform, with an emphasis on AI-driven solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and complete territory / account sales plans for assigned territory and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
  2. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
  3. Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  4. Coordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs
  5. Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
