Named Account Executive for Salesforce's Federal Civilian team, focusing on Independent Agencies and Commissions. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business, cultivating customer relationships, and managing a sales pipeline to exceed quotas.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cultivate deep customer stakeholder relationships to ensure peak satisfaction across your assigned accounts.
  2. Architect and execute a long-term account strategy that aligns directly with the customer's core business objectives.
  3. Orchestrate internal matrixed resources—including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Product Support—to address complex business needs.
  4. Lead account planning efforts, coordinating across sales resources to ensure a unified approach.
  5. Masterfully manage and exceed sales quotas through diligent prospecting, qualification, and closing of enterprise opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
  • Experience selling in the software industry or technical sales experience (ex: SaaS)
  • Solution selling mentality
  • Work well within a team of various partners within a matrixed environment
