What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within federal civilian agencies, including leaders, administrators, and IT professionals.
  2. Understand the unique needs and challenges of federal civilian agencies and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Drive adoption and usage of Salesforce products and services within your accounts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the success of your accounts.
  5. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Experience working with federal civilian agencies or within the public sector is highly desirable, specifically NASA experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
